It was on my motorcycle holder, ten minutes in light rain. Completely dead all cameras and NFC module. Water inside the phone. Manufacture said what it has IP68. IT IS THE LIE.

I dropped my beloved Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus in November and needed to find a replacement the same day. I could not find any higher end phones in stock locally, except BestBuy had just one of these left, so I bought it. I am using it on AT&T and it is working great. I am completely blown away by how long the battery lasts when the phone is not being used. I always use wireless charging, so can't comment on the high speed wired charging, but the wireless charging seems to work better and is less finicky about positioning than my Samsung was. I do take a LOT of photos and the cameras on this phone are fantastic. My only wish would be that they offered a 16:9 aspect ratio for photos. I do miss certain things about my Notes, and it has taken some adjustment, but so far, so good!

Physical quality is fantastic! The phone feels good in the hand, the high refresh rate helps everything feel really smooth, and operationally I've encountered minimal issue - very rare to have crashes or hangs. The Hasselblad-designed camera system is supposed to be one of the highlights of 1+ phones, however I find myself underwhelmed by it fairly often. Occasionally I'll snap a fantastic photo and know that the capability is there, but more often than not the phone has focus issues that cause images to be out of focus/blurry. It's almost as though it treats every photo as a portrait or macro when it's not. This happens on all camera modes, even manual with settings set to avoid this, and the camera lenses clean. Battery life was phenomenal for the first several months and charging time remains great. The battery has noticeably declined in max life at this point, but still holds a day's charge with intermittent/a few total hours of average use. This is despite my efforts to keep minimal background apps running and keeping the phone off the charger when the battery is full.

Great performance, storage, takes decent photos as well. Very satisfied, will be using this brand again when I upgrade. Comes with fast-charging battery which lets you fully charge in 15 minutes. Have been using for over a year and battery life still lasts the same. Would recommend a case, if you drop the glass may shatter.

The sleek and premium finish gives the phone a sophisticated look, while the ergonomic design ensures a comfortable grip. The intuitive navigation, coupled with regular software updates, ensures that you always have access to the latest features and security enhancements. The OnePlus 9 Pro is an excellent phone, it holds its own against the slightly more expensive Galaxy S21 Ultra and iPhone 12 Pro. It doesn't quite match the Galaxy S21 Ultra on camera zoom or network performance, but it's lighter and sleeker, it has some unique camera tricks, and there's that renowned OnePlus speed and elegant software. That amazing fast charging and the battery-saving display also make a big difference in day-to-day use. The 9 Pro is better than the OnePlus 8 series in every way, so the upgrade is easily warranted. It only fails to nab our Editors' Choice award because the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is even more outstanding and can be used on any carrier. The 9 Pro and the Galaxy S21 Ultra together currently define the Android state of the art. Depending on your priorities, either will serve you very well for the next few years.

Great cellphone! Performance, screen quality, playback, audio quality, all of it! I am a fan of this phone over so many other cell devices. I would absolutely recommend it! Hard to find cheap, I'm sure because of it's high quality and longevity of life. Downside is difficulty repairing the screen if it breaks, but otherwise, still recommended. Battery life is pretty on par with all other standard devices, nothing too above others, to be honest, but nothing to really complain about. Camera is excellent, video and photo alike. Again, I recommend this phone! A 8.7/10 just because of the battery and screen repair issue.

I recently changed from my 8T+ 5G that i have with T-Mobile to the 9 Pro that i got from Best Buy unlocked and its better! Better camera, better battery and as soon as I turned it on and started setting up, it let me know that it needed a new update which was Android 13. Almost everyday i find something new in the found and makes me love it even more. One thing i have noticed with rhe phone but to me it's super minor is that its not a fast response when swiping from the bottom to go back to the home screen or switch from different apps. Like i said to me is super minor and it doesn't affect how i feel about the phone.

The OnePlus 9 Pro checks basically every box: excellent display, great cameras, incredibly fast charging and easily all-day battery life, and a simple, clean OS. It is one of the best all-around packages for a modern smartphone and will no doubt impress with ease. There is even a soft screen protector film pre-applied from the factory to add some extra protection. I love the way OnePlus has designed their OxygenOS, it keeps the simplicity and core functionality of "stock" Android found on Pixel phones and improves upon it in a very OnePlus way. It is clean, fast, and looks great. Customization is plenty with the stock launcher and I don't feel overwhelmed like I do when using Samsung phones because OnePlus keeps the bloat to a bare minimum. Having the Snapdragon 888 chip truly makes this phone shine. Adaptive 120Hz at the high resolution feels very smooth and it's a rare occasion to experience a split-second lag. The quad-camera setup around back is an impressive array of sensors - the two large lenses are the wide (primary) and ultra-wide, the small lens to the left is the monochrome 2MP camera and the small lens to the right is the 8MP 3x telephoto camera. I have genuinely enjoyed these cameras, they have outstanding color accuracy and image quality, though the 8MP telephoto does lack some detail due to its lower resolution. The front-facing camera I have found to be a little soft, but otherwise is a better than average selfie camera (I don't take many selfies). Battery life has been nothing short of a pleasure, not to mention the impressive 65W wired charging with the wire and brick INCLUDED IN THE BOX! I can easily last all day with this phone, like most others nowadays, but I feel like I get a better phone experience with that battery life than I would if I were using a different phone.

As someone who knows phones very well, I can definitely say that this phone did not disappoint. I came from a Pixel 3XL and the 120 hz screen, the new processor and the extra ram was instantly noticable to me. The first 2 days the battery life were a bit short but once it adapted to my usage it lasted me all day, and I am a pretty heavy user. The 65 watt warp charging is phenomenal but I do wish it worked with other fast chargers available from other companies. I also wasn't sure if I would like a curved screen, but the curve is so minor you never really even notice If you plan on using this phone with Verizon just know you might have to make a call to them to have them turn on the CDMA-less option otherwise you won't be able to receive text messages Overall so far this phone has been amazing

I've owned Samsung galaxy phones going back to the Galaxy 3. I've heard about One Plus for years. I finally decided to buy this one and I couldn't be happier! It has a beautiful display, the latest Snapdragon 888 processor, a fantastic camera with Hasselblad color correction and 2 separate Sony chips that One Plus worked with Sony for 2 years just for the camera. I could go on for a while, but there is very little not to like. Unlike other manufacturers, this phone is NOT loaded with a lot of unnecessary bloat ware! I wish it had a wired headphone jack? Also, it does not have a micro sd card slot, but in all honesty, I never really used the one on my last phone. The only real issue is this thing is slippery like a fish so you MUST get a good case for it. I got my carbon fiber one directly from One Plus. All in all, this is a very solid device that will please most people well! And you can't slow it down! One Plus just earned a new long term customer!

Best smartphone I've had so far -- despite initial negative press on the camera, it's actually quite nice even in auto mode (but remember that the real R&D sauce lies in the PRO mode that Hasselblad worked on). Day to day operation is beautifully smooth thanks to flagship internal specs and high refresh display, call quality is nice, and the stereo speaker sound is also juicy and sufficiently loud. I think my least favourite thing about this phone as it comes OOB is the factory installed screen protector (it does the job, but makes the beautiful screen have a plastic touch) and I do wish the phone still included an expandable storage option.

Let me start by saying that build quality this phone is fantastic, but once past that aspect it's all downhill. I'm not sure if OnePlus has just given up but the software is so buggy (at least on my unit) and this thing overheats all the time , I've owned so many phones and this is the first one to ever overheat. And I'm not a power user by any means. Battery life has been bad to the point where I'm below 40% by noon which is terrible. Cameras are hyped ,they aren't horrible but definitely not great either. Many issues with the screen staying dim after unlocking (with adaptive brightness off) for around 10sec. Definitely not trying to put down OnePlus, but if your going to charge flagship prices at least attempt to fix these issues (which after Google & OnePlus community searches show many many with the same issues)
