The person who installed my TV, I think his name was John came in and went right to work. I was on a short Zoom meeting. I was getting off my meeting and John was finished. He explained how to work the remote and the TV. He even cleaned up any mess he made!

Crashes a lot, can't handle too much, but makes for a decent back up phone when your preferred phone is out for repair.

I needed a back up phone , went to best buy got this one plus unlocked for $179 plus taxes. Honestly all I got was a disappointed .This phone is garbage, cheap quality and very very slow, text message didn't work with Verizon. Best buy shouldn't allow to carry this type of phone. please save yourself some money go for a better quality not this one.

It's ok. The expensive, 5G one is nicer. I'm pretty clumsy with my phone's so I am happy with the warranty I was able to purchase.

Phone was not compatible with Spectrum so I had to return it. What a surprise when they told me there was a $50.00 restocking fee (something they FORGOT to tell me before I purchased the phone). Will not be purchasing another phone from BestBuy!

I will give a brief history, after having bought more than 100 cell phones of this model, today I went to the store to return 2 cell phones, since it came with a manufacturer problem that disables a function which I use and that is why I buy phones totally released. at the time of returning I explain what happens with the cell phones since they wanted to charge me a return fee, which I explain that there is a problem that the equipment I buy has a disabled function. I asked to be sold a new computer to show him the problem because even when I showed the disabled function of OEM UNLOCK in the phone the manager did not seem to understand. There was no team in the store and the solution I have is to wait for a team to arrive to show him in person what he can't see or understand. I really find it very desgradable that as a customer I have to be in this situation after having bought over 100 cell phones, I asked him to check my account and see how many equipment of this model I had bought, to see if I understood if I was complaining about something is because I know what I am talking about. unfortunately it is time to wait. very bad attention of the manager MATT altamonte spring, fl 32714

I bought this phone for my teenager and he is very happy with it. I has a good battery life which last a couple of days. It also runs very smoothly.

good phone for call and text but not enough for gaming and othet stuff.but you pay what get

Where do I begin, I was so excited that I caught an Uber just to get to Best Buy and pick up my brand-new phone. I had never heard of a Nord device before, so I was intrigued. I regret it now! Especially after relying on other Best Buy customers' reviews about this phone! I can't begin to compute how this device had 5 stars! First off the phone turns off every 2 weeks for no reason and refuses tp power on for a maximum of 48 hours i found out the truth about the device after doing online research and blogs. Everyone reports the exact same problems. Constantly turning off, Terrible battery, extremely slow processing!! Which is terrible for me because I'm an extreme multitasker!! The only good qualities are that the phones are durable that's about it and looks pretty ! Don't buy !! You're better off buying a BLU phone or better yet an Obama phone through the welfare system!!

It's just OK as a phone if you want other things to do pick a different one

great budget phone. just be aware it is not 5g compatible even though best buys packaging says so. great intro to oneplus brand of phones

I paid the 5.99 for next day delivery. i ordered at 8pm and the next day it was at my door by 10am. very pleased with my purchase and the delivery.

Surprisingly good and smooth phone! I love Moto's so I was hesitant to pick this up, but as soon as I did I was happy.

Bought this unlocked device for a gift. It says network lock and unable to use any provider. Very much disappointed.

Good Phone, My Mom Loves It. It's fast, large screen, great battery life. No complaints. My mom loves it.

Works great. Had a little problem getting the wifi to work. Restarted the phone a couple times it works normal.

Great phone works better than my last one with out a case though it's hard to aline where the finger prints goes.
