Aphne gor use simple and , and like a gift for family

The phone is doing its job with some minor issues.

I really liked the One-Plus-Nord N30 5G 128GB cell phone until it malfunctioned, within the 14-days to return. But Best-Buy refused to waive the $45 restocking fee which means they just had it repackaged & then sold to some new purchaser who will then have problems with it. The problems were intermittent, sometimes it worked & sometimes it didn't. I will try to find other ways to buy a phone next time. I am really angry that Best Buy is determined to charge their customers that $45 if the phone fails them.

Every now and then it freezes on Home Screen. I have lots of memory and only a few Apps running in background.

It is what it is. Good low end phone without bells and wistles. Works for its intended purpose. Bought it for my ma who doesnt need anything but a phone. Snappy ui, ok camera. The rest is android.

Never want to buy cell phones from Best Buy again!! It can be returned unless you pay the $45 restocking fee which is not required from any other places! Called customer service to ask the solution and was promised that it will be fully refunded if return it by shipping back but it wasn't like that! A $45 fee was still charged! Totally destroyed the willing to buy anything from Best Buy!!

Does basic stuff alright, but occasionally see the phone struggles to work smoothly when multiple apps are ones

All good. Nothing to say about phone Just that phone was oky

The phone is okay The issue I have is that they're supposed to be inspected and gone through to ensure quality when I receive the phone it was turned on there was a bit of the previous is gentleman's information still there and it was missing the tool used to open the SIM card compartment when I reached out to customer service after a lengthy time they inform me they were unable to help me not the representatives fault company policy Good phone bad Best buy

1. It has issues with the auto screen rotate. Particularly when you play videos from Facebook and rotate the screen. A screeching sound comes out!! 2. Doesn’t recognize your face when dark unlike ios.

Its ok. Camera is Great but its kinda buggie But all in all. Not to bad

structure of the mobile and camera quality is not good

The camera quality of this phone is not great compared to other similar range mobiles

Not to Bad , but not to great either, compare to High end cellphones out in the market.

If I can get the sims card to work its a fast anf slick phone, customer service was great

I bought this phone shortly after release. Worked fine through one major Android update and a couple patches. Most recently, the update destroyed connectivity with my carrier and I now see that customer service is non-existent. Pick a different company.

This phone i buy it for my in april and in the beginin of june just turn off i go to they store for repair they are just turn me arround. I'm so disappointed,

My OnePlus Nord N30 5G didn't have the ability to add an e-sim card despite them advertising to the contrary. Spent about an hour on the phone with Mint Mobile and Googling solutions but at the end we determined the phone was defective - unable to activate any e-sim as that option on the phone was permanently grayed out. Waste of my time. My advice is to stick with name brand phones.

Fast charging long lasting battery. Nice large screen, loud sounding speakers, lots of storage, and an out of this world camera system make this OnePlus Nord N 30 a must have for budget phones

Unable to consistently receive secure text messages or push notifications for important apps such as banking and rideshare. Front facing camera is horribly pixelated.
