I received this DVD in great condition no issues with the case or DVD itself. The movie itself has great sound and picture quality. The movie has a good story line and the martial arts fight scenes are epic. I really enjoyed this movie. I just ordered it to complete my collection of the Ong Bak story.

This is the first guy since Bruce Lee to provide this level of realism to Martial Arts in movies. No wires, does his own stunts and no computer garbage. Tony Jaa IS the world's best martial artist alive and on camera! It has been over 30 years since the death of Bruce Lee and finally we have a REAL Replacement worth watching everytime. Bruce Lee can rest in peace now because the world now has Tony Jaa....period

Tony Jaa is like the Bruce Lee of Thailand. His acting is mute against his talent as a stuntman and martial artist. His talent with elephants is not easy to master, yet he has done so very well. He holds to traditional Thai values of good vs bad. Excellent, believable action is refreshing.Hey, this is a great movie without the expected voyeurism that comes with other movies.

Ong Bak 2: The Beginning is a must see for any true martial arts fan. I am looking forward to Ong Bak 3. Also, watching Ong Bak (1) on Blu-Ray was like watching it for the first time. Fantastic! Tony Jaa is just incredible. Major Skills!

I first saw this film in Thai. I didnt understand a word of it and still loved the film. I would reccomend this to anyone who even remotely likes martial arts films. There is a great mixture of drama and martial arts, with added sword fighting. highly reccomended!!!!!!

Not the best story, but action was great

I'm a big fan of Tony Jaa, and have the original Ong Bak as well as The Protector. Neither of those movies would be considered movie Shakespeare, but they were enjoyable to watch. This one was a period piece, and it took some time to really understand what the point was. The action was strong, as are all of his movies, but what cheesed me was that you find out after the movie is over that there is an Ong Bak 3 that continues the story. I'll get that one too, but I'd rather see more modern storylines versus the period pieces.
