I researched and found it was a firmware issue,but it has no internet capability. Took it back and bought Denon acr-s910w, cost more but upgradable.

Other than great it works great and has good features. Couldn't ever get HDMI rec thing to work with my Samsung TV properly. Okay so that's two things... Other than that great unit.

Works great with my Polk Monitor IIs and Onkyo upfiring speakers. I have to crank it up somewhat high (45-51 out of 60) but let's keep this in perspective...you'd pay HUNDREDS if not 2-3x as much to improve on it.

Great Basic Home Theater

My only complaint is with the Bluetooth. Will not automatically pair with my iPhone. Anytime I want use Bluetooth I have to manually pair it. Everything is great!!
