I wanted a high end, shelf radio - CD player system. The Onkyo CS-375 system provides high quality sound in an attractive package. I am interested in classical music and the radio brings in the local classical radio station with no, or very little, noticable distortion. Other local FM stations are received with clear sound. The included FM antenna wire needs to be installed and adjusted. We use the CD player for both classical and pop music and found that it delivers great sound. The bluetooth was easy to link and performs well. Tuning the radio and setting the radio station presets, which can only be done using the remote, is not intuitive and there were no detailed instructions included in the packaging. The instruction book had to be down loaded from the WEB and does provide the necessary information. There is a tone control to set the Treble and the Bass, but not speaker balance. I have not exercised the Bass. There are inputs for other components which I do not intend to use. I found the bluetooth streamed sound delivered to the Onkyo to compare favorably to my BOSE sound bar. To my ear there is no difference in the quality of the music streamed through bluetooth between the systems. The volume is more than adequate to be heard throughout my home living area and kitchen. In fact the volume can be turned up uncomfortably high with little noticable distortion. For a bookshelf system, and at the price point, I think this system would be tough to beat. The necessity to use the remote to tune the radio, until the presets are established, and the lack of necessary instructions in the package, stopped me from giving this 5 stars. However, I found the sound quality to be very good and the radio reception better than, or as good as, any home system I have had in the past. I am happy with my purchase.

I bought this for a gift for someone in a small space, needs simplicity, good sound, and the ability hook to a TV's outputs. Does it all.

Great sound.... set up was difficult but went on line to get better instructions from manual

I purchased the Onkyo Audio System for a friend as a gift. It was easy to set up and the sound quality is great. The low end is better than I thought it would be. We hooked it up in his living room a month ago and so far it's working well. I hope it lasts!

This system is really good and tops most high end systems. I would buy again and recommend it to friends that want quality sound in all in one system.

It was easy to set up without the need for any tools.
