this is a great receiver, easy setup and sounds great

This system is easy to setup and the sound is awesome.

The receiver came jam packed with features, easy to use, clean sound and lots of power. Item was returned after 25 days as the Bluetooth connection was inconsistent and cut out frequently. I took it back to the store and the tech confirmed the problem but would not exchange it for a new unit or give me my money back because it was past 15 days; unbelievable! I've been a Best Buy shopper for years and now I'm without a receiver ($300 gone) and I'm at the mercy of it being properly diagnosed and repaired. If you purchase something at Best Buy, you need Geek Squad protection otherwise they will not help you at all so include that in your price comparisons. Sadly, my Best Buy Shopping days are done and will shop Amazon/Crutchfield from now on as they have better return policies. Horrible purchase experience

Was easy to set up. easy to connect to things, and the bluetooth feature is nice to have.

Good sound, easy to use. Was on clearance and still no issues.

MY YAMAHA AMP BLEW OUT SO I WENT TO BEST BUY TO PURSHASE ANOTHER. THEN THE SALES MAN SHOWED ME THE ONKYO RECEIVER AND TOLD ME A LOT ABOUT IT,SO I BROUGHT IT AND HOOKED IT UP TO MY SURROUND SYSTEM IN MY MAN CAVE AND SO FAR ITS BEEN GREAT I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH MY PRODUCT.

I have been buying Onkyo Receivers for years as I used to have a home theater business. To me the best bang for the buck out there. Sound is always smooth and transparent. Everyone I have ever had worked smoothly and no problems ever. I have a few 20 year old receivers still working great.

I purchased this to replace my 20 year old surround sound system. I haven’t really been able to hear it’s best yet because I’m still using the old satellite speakers but they sound much better connected to this unit. Can’t wait to hook up so Klipsch surround speakers and bring this system to life.

This receiver does an excellent job of upgrading the video quality. The speakers that I already owned sound better than before. Lastly I am finally able to get the tv sound output to come through the receiver with other receivers I could never get it to work.

I purchased this to replace the last receiver I had. The last receiver was the same brand just an older model. I’m still working out the sound settings. I would recommend this receiver if your into home theater. The sound quality is pretty crisp.

Love this receiver! Compatible with wireless or old school wired speakers. Can definitely tell it is better quality sound even with the old Cerwin-Vega speakers. Looking forward to getting two wireless speakers in a few months,

The Onyko TX NR 585 A/V Home Theater receiver is well worth the money. Set-up is easy mostly automatic. The sound is very good and picture is super. If there is anything negative about this receiver I haven't found it yet.

The receiver was easy to set up. Still working on id10t stuff, like getting the 2nd zone to work. The HDMI ports make it so much easier, no more A/V cables. I would recommend the Onkyo TX to anyone looking for a great Home Theater. I also have my Turntable hooked back up!

The Onkyo TX 7.2 Ch. Receiver provides crisp, clear sound with plenty of power. The compatibility with Google Assistant allows me to control what I listen to using my JBL smart speaker.

Onkyo has been my choice in receivers sense my first tx 4500 in the 1970s this one did not disappoint I am happy with the quality and proformance

This receiver was highly touted before I decided to purchase and I say it's lived up to expectations. The amount of features and specs this has for the price, you can't beat it.

We are upgrading to a 7.2 system and have only driven it with a 5.1 setup right now, but it's performed admirably for both movie watching and cranking out the music on game days.

The receiver was easy to set up. I purchased it to replace my other one which was damaged during a recent move. My only disappointment is that it does not have cassette tape inputs. I still have a collection of tapes I like to listen to at times.
