It was an easy setup. My only problem I had was getting the right HDMI Cable for my 4K Blue Ray Player. I had to call in to customer support service to figure it out. Why I can’t go above 1080p for video output. Other then that I love the system.

I bought this model to replace an old Pioneer receiver that died. I wanted one that had a phono input and was easy to use. This unit is great. Wasn't complicated to set up.

I looked at other receivers but for the price you can’t beat everything this Onkyo receiver offers with the multiple zones and sound quality

Purchased to replace another brand of receiver that I have traditionally bought over the years. That receiver failed three months after purchase. Returned it , under warranty, for repair and after waiting almost two moths for it's return, it lasted one day. Researched this Onkyo and discussed with a relative who swears by the brand and decided to try it. After months of frequent usage, i'm am impressed by the quality and by the more impressive performance of this over my last. Good purchase.

This receiver is amazing! We went from a Denin to this and the change is astonishing! Having everything connected to this ensures for magnificent sound.

Great sound! Love all the bells and whistles. The 4K pass through is perfect. Also, it has an on screen menu so it’s easy to navigate and set up.

We absolutely love this product never heard of the brand prior to buying it but we will definitely be looking for more. The ease of installing and how great is to use makes our sound system amazing.

I love my new Onkyo amplifier, I enjoy the perfect sounds that’s delivering on each of channels, perfect for My personal home theatres.

For my use, I have consoles, a media PC, and turntable all set up with this receiver. I then feed the output to my TLC tv. This works well - I have some inconsistencies with CEC control (power on/off to devices) but I can't say if that's the receiver or the TV. I do have some critiques for this thing - the Chromecast and Bluetooth functionality are half-way at best. They are both terribly inconsistent and implemented poorly. Luckily that's not really in my use case. So, to be clear: if you want a nice Chromecast / Bluetooth set up with this - don't get it. But for a traditional home audio experience, it's great.

This receiver gives top quality sound and advanced control of other components. Excellent choice for the music lover in me.
