having been a wildland firefighter for 30yrs , and knowing how tv/movies RARELY get it right, this came very VERY close to this life and livelihood. For the " critics " ( i say as i spit on the ground), and those that might not believe it's close to FACTUALLY ACCURATE , then you've NEVER spent a season on the firelines and know nothing,, NOTHING of our lives', and deaths. To my brothers & sisters gone; i happily remember Everything we've shared, and,, I heartily and deeply miss you all every second of the day. Happy "cold" Trails

Only the Brave is based on a heartbreaking true story. I purchased this as a gift for a family member that was a forest firefighter. The film wasn't perfect, however ultimately the emotional impact of the story greatly outweighed any of the minor gripes I had with the film. I would go so far as to call Only the Brave a much watch film, as it tells the story of an under-recognized group of individuals that perform a dangerous job. I highly recommend this film.

WE NEED MORE MOVIES ABOUT THIS KIND OF GUTS AND COURAGE TOO. THESE MEN(AND WOMEN) FACE LIFE AND DEATH , ON A DAILY BASES WHEN ON THE LINE, MORE THAN YOU'LL EVER KNOW OR UNDERSTAND. THE DEPICTION HERE OF THE LIVES ,AND THE DEATHS ARE ABOUT AS ACCURATE AS IT CAN BE. AND IF YOU DONT BELIEVE THE STATEMENT, DO 1 SEASON OF WILDLAND. I HAVE 30 YRS OF THIS. THEY DID US PROUD !!!!!!!!!!!!

This film grips you, thrills you, and leaves you quite emotional. The true story of the Granite Mountain Hotshots from Prescott, Arizona shows us the lives, dedication, brotherhood, and sacrifice of these everyday blue collar individuals who were heroes in every sense of the word. The film stays with you long after having watched it.

Fantastic movie. My wife a firefighter who used to have her Red Card for wildland but she and her captain came milliseconds from dieing in a wildland fire a few years ago. This one strikes very close to home. Sad.

The blue ray comes with a digital copy so you can watch it pretty much anywhere. The movie is based on a true story of hot shot firefighters who were tragically killed during a wildfire in Arizona. The movie is well made and acted. Have some tissue ready.

This movie will truly make you question why events occur. This movie tells of the incredible story of the first municipal Hotshot crew and their tragic demise. This movie was to honor their sacrifice and service to preserving their homes and others.

Just an amazing true story that will break your heart and make you appreciate even more these men that go out there everyday and risks their lives to protect us. Marvel are fun movies and I thoroughly enjoy them, THESE ARE REAL HEREOS IN A REAL WORLD!!! Amazing!!!

This is such a great movie, an account of a true event you’ll see the actual heroes at the end. It touches your emotions when you see the determination of one actor in particularly , see the movie how he rises from a looser to a father and fire fighter. Worth adding it to your collection.

This is a fantastic film based on the true story of the Granite Mountain Hotshots. It's one of the most emotionally impactful films of 2017 and shouldn't be missed. The video quality of the bluray looks great, but I wish there was a 4K UHD release. The fire effects would look amazing!

Oh man I haven’t seen a movie in a while where it tugs my feeling strings. This was very entertaining, amazing cast. Movie is completely character driven and it does it perfectly! The ending was just a tear jerker. No spoilers for it but i highly recommend it!!!! To the fullest

based on a true story about a team of guys who put their lives on the line and pay the altimate sacrifice. There are some fluff to this movie, but what movie doesn't put a spin on it. Josh Brolin delivers a strong performance.

Ordered this movie for store pick-up and it was delivered before estimated time which was awesome because we wanted our daughter to watch this movie before our hike to the historical Juniper Tree showed in the movie. Best Buy never disappoints!
