Always do a good job on things I take in for repair

I went to Best Buy to ask them what items I would need to upgrade my sons gaming PC. They recommended a couple items and Geek Squad installed them for me because I don’t know how to do any of that….& I don’t even remember what I had installed other than the 4T SSD card. My son’s happy with the upgrades, so I think it’s all good. I was happy to have Best Buy & Geek Squad help me with this. It was a gift for my sons birthday.

The Geeks are GREAT!!! They are first of all very pleasant to work with. From my experience they have always been able to fix my tech problems! Once they get started they do not waist time! They have helped me with my iphone and my Apple computer. At times there may not be a problem with the tech, then they kindly will work with you to help you solve your your problem.

They were able to fix my computer and have it back up and running as good as the day I purchased it, in less than 24 hours.
