Geek Squad updated, my laptop computer, and downloaded my other laptop cleaned my iPad, with trend security added. explained what they were doing. Made appointment, called for pickup, very professional and nice.

I am not the best with computers, but they explained everything in a very straightforward manner. The problem was serious and my computer had to be reset, but they recommended a good backup drive that ensured that all of my documents were safe

My freshman kid's laptop started to get loud and was glitchy. I took it in to my local Geek Squad and they immediately discovered the fan was faulty. I ordered one and they put it in. No hassles, no problem, and their estimated service was going to be over $350. I have the Annual $199 Geek Squad contract, and it was FREE to me. Love the warranty and the service from Geek Squad!

My laptop got sick from a virus and locked up. I made an appointment with the Geek Squad and was able to bring it in the next morning. They explained the process to be used and quoted the cost for the service and that I could get it back in a couple of days. They were able to get it done and back to me in less than 48hours. Problem solved and I've had no more issues. Very professional and courteous. No confusing tech talk, just good work.

Geek Squad was very supportive and understanding when I had to exchange the first Lenovo Yoga for a different one because the letter key "p" came defective.

Son needed laptop hard drive replacement and Geek squad did an excellent job and his laptop was also loaded with any new window updates as well. Son mentioned laptop runs a lot smother and was very happy with the Geek squads quick drive replace and window patches updates. it was estimated between 24 - 28 hours and only took 8 hours. Amazing! My computer got hacked. I called them and they fit me in asap. It was done in a day and since all was backed up it was easy to reinstall my stuff. The woman who helped me was awesome!

Brought my laptop in with VERY slow 5200 rpm hard drive and replaced it with Samsung SD drive. Geek Squad copied over the operating system and files. My laptop is MUCH faster now.
