The installation of a new OS was done very quickly and perfectly. Excellent service.

I bought a new Dell computer that came with a 512gb SSD hard drive, however, my needs require more storage space than that, so I had them install a 1tb SSD hard drive & upgrade to windows 11 pro, they also made the 512 SSD a storage drive, The computer works flawlessly, and the membership paid for this service by the Geek Squad, love it!

My previous laptop took a serious and non-recoverable nose-dive on me. When the Geek Squad ran their diagnostics the found the information on my hard drive was not recoverable. Soooo, I decided to go ahead and purchase a new laptop. I carried my purchases to the Geek Squad folks and they quickly installed the new programs and settings for my use that day.

Geek Squad team was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. Unfortunately, they were not able to fix my laptop but the service was exactly as I would expect. A full refund was issued.

Had them add an SSD as the main drive and move the original as a data storage. When i replied to survey with a question, I was contacted surprisingly fast! They were able to assist me directly over the phone. Simply Fantastic!
