Arrived with a broken control knob.

Given shutdowns couldn’t conveniently return so I glued the cheaply made knob back on with some jb weld. Otherwise seems to be a fairly good unit, it is quiet, wish it had higher capacity & tank would sit flat while refilling

Very low noise.

Poor quality knob
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was the second humidifier we received this week (same model), and both of them had a knob that was either broken on receipt of product or broke the first time the unit was turned on. The inside shaft of the dark gray plastic knob on the front cracked and cannot be used to turn the unit on or change fan speed. Pliers must be used. Best Buy was kind enough to send a replacement very quickly, but that knob broke also. The unit itself is just what we wanted and works fine, but it is a pain to have to use pliers every time.
