This is hands down the best heater ever! Even on low it heats up the whole room very nicely and extremely fast! It’s worth every penny! Our dogs love laying by it!

Infra-red heats bodies while convection heats upward and outward naturally. It has no moving parts to clog or clean or wear out. This model has a thermostat which is a cool feature by not really needed (when very cold) will probably break first.I prefer to use these on lower settings for economy and safety, one in each room area. These are safe and economical,It would be hard to break. Just don't knock it over or spill drinks on it. Mine keeps my coffee warm on top....i like to live dangerously tho hehe My Amish heater was great but crapped out after 2 plus years. I am expecting many more years from this!

Works much better than what I was expecting. Also nice to have something that heats without a fan constantly blowing.

A Christmas present for my wife I thought it would have a little fan to blow the air but she's happy with it anyway

    No Quality Control

Several years ago I owned several of this "style" of heater. I think they work the best at heating up large rooms and when I found this online I was more than happy to make the purchase. However, times have changed and this thing is junk. There is a CLEAR lack of quality control in the manufacturing of this heater. There is an overheat sensor mounted at the top of the heater, that when the heater gets to hot (like a blanket placed over it), it shuts the heater off. It's a safety feature after all. The heater can only operate again when unplugging it until the sensor resets (an audible click sound). The problem is, my first order, the sensor tripped only after 1 minute on the high setting. It was impossible to keep the heater on. So I returned it and had another shipped to me. This one lasts about 3 minutes on high and 10 minutes on medium. The point is, these heat sensors are tripping for no reason. I am extremely disappointed and not trying a third time. I'll just get another type of heater from a different brand. Also, the model shown in the picture is not the model Best Buy keeps sending me. I know models change sometimes but this one does not have a temperate control and seems much smaller than the one pictured here. The model I keep getting is H-5302.
