an excellent product. i have been using this projector for over 9 months - average 10 hours per week. It has been an enjoyable experience. it was easy to set up and easier to operate. the images have been sharp and bright. i am using the audio through an amplifier, so cant say much about the sound quality of this unit. very quiet and not much heat generated.

Best 4K projector for optimal price, highly recommended

Dead Pixel after 13 Months of light use. Optoma will not cover. Costs $85 to mail in just to have them Diagnose the issue, then you get to decide if you want to spend another $500 on the repair or not. This is my 3rd Optoma over 12 years, and I will never buy another one again. Quality has gone way down hill.

Terrible compatibility model. Just got Greek squad out to install and it’s not compatible with my 4K Blu ray player and Logitech digital remote controller. Had to purchase another projector and trying to return this one now

Dead pixels less than 6 months after purchase, no wonder the best buy protection costs 1/3 the price of the projector. This product is embarrassing.
