Okay I had a cheap battery operated Oral B and this does clean so much better. It has removed old stains and I love the fact it will tell you if you are brushing too hard which in my case I was. It also lets you know when to move to the next area to get at least 2 minutes of timing. The only thing I was a bit disappointed with is the fact the travel case is NOT a charging case it’s just away to charge the tooth brush but you still have to plug it into a power outlet. I thought it had a battery you charged up and it kept your tooth brush charged when needed. The price is a little steep but it does work really well.

I was an Oral b user way before. But the advancement in the toothbrush technology has been so fast. And there are numerous products out there that makes it more appealing with a competitive price range and a host of features that this top of the line toothbrush is taken for granted. I was happy with the previous full packed feature toothbrush I had. But I think the manufacturing is not perfect. I had it less than a year and i already have 4 returns and exchanges. I could continue on that trend since they were sending me new toothbrush. However, I was getting annoyed with the returns being so long than the previous returns. So I decided on returning to the oral b fold and that was a decision that I don’t regret. Exceptional product. I just hope they could come out a product that is travel friendly. Like all of those toothbrush that comes out. Nevertheless a product that you can rely on for years to come.

The toothbrush works great and I like the travel case. But at this price range I would expect a lot more. The app is really worthless and only an counter, which you don’t need. The brush itself vibrates so that you can time the sections w/o the annoying feature to have your phone with you. The face recognition doesn’t work and isn’t helpful at all. The travel case could have an charging battery as well.

I have always wanted a oral b toothbrush. It was a random purchase but i love it the only thing i dont like is the price very expensive to me but i enjoy the product.

Teeth looked whiter after 1 week. Love the Bluetooth connectivity to my iPhone which helps identify areas I’m not brushing as well as I thought.

Love it. Super Easy to use. Battery life is pretty awesome. Bluetooth capabilities are pretty cool as well. A little pricey but it’s worth it.

I really like that this brush came with multiple heads, has different settings and came with a charging case for travel. The case doesn't hold power itself but definitely keeps the brush clean in my bag. The brush holds a good charge for a weekend (maybe longer, but that's as long as I've gone without charging) and is a good weight. I don't use the app that can go with it but I've heard good things about it.

I’ve been using the older model going on 6 years. I just replace the heads. I Purchased this new one for my girlfriend. Noticeable difference in 1 week of use . It will clean up and brighten your smile when used as recommended. If you buy one ... everyone will notice your bright smile. Take it from a guy that always complains about everything... I love this toothbrush and my dentist will back me up!!!

It’s my first rechargeable toothbrush and at first I thought I wouldn’t be comfortable using it but it’s easy and does not hurt. Feels better after using it. You also get the cellphone holder than you can stick on the mirror to set sync your actual brushing. The only downside is the carry on case is a bit heavy and bulky if you are used to lightweight plastic case

I upgraded to the Oral B Genius Pro 9600 from a Sonicare E Series. Wow! They are like night and day. Cleaning is so much more thorough and the use of the Oral B App to guide you through your daily brushing hand down has sold me. I highly recommend this toothbrush!!!!

Very good brush is perfect for a good clean and the traveling case is so great.

Great product which really does the job well. Last trip to the dentist for cleaning my dentist said there’s nothing for me to clean. I don’t know what you’ve been doing but keep doing it!! We sat and had a chat instead, too funny

I wanted to buy myself a new electric toothbrush and I checked with Best Buy and found this one. It works great and it came in pink... which made me have to have it! Very happy with my purchase.

My wife had a free oral b from the dentist but this one is amazing! She loves the phone app and the different brushes are great! the case also charges you tooth brush/ phone if traveling.

I find myself singing Timmy Turner’s my “Shiny Teeth and Me” every time I brush my teeth with this. My shiny teeth, they sparkle. I love them and they love me. I saw my reflection in a spoon and realized how attractive I had become. All I need to be happy now is this toothbrush. Who needs friends when you have 32 pearly whites staring back at you in the mirror?

I have never had an electrical toothbrush like this. Just in two days of use, I’ve noticed a big difference, recommend!

My old oral b toothbrush was 20+ years old and finally quit. My new one has many more options and does an excellent job.

My mouth is very clean after using this. I don't use the Bluetooth connection so I can't comment on it.
