Worth the extra cost; probably cleans the same as the less expensive entry level model but, it is quieter, not as rough, and seems to hold a charge longer.

I love the oral b electric brush but it's pricy but it's worth for the money you spend. Io 7 is old now they have io9 but still for $200 it's a really good and cleans very well

Almost like being your OWN dentist !!! I noticed a very significant difference from the very first time I used it. Teeth felt very very clean.
