good product however the fast forward is a bit jerky and sometimes locks up. On a few occasions I had to power down the unit similar to a reboot.

Point of entry price is OK, but had to return since too many channels not carried at this time.

Love it easy to get set up and easy and cheap to use

Everything about this receiver and remote feels cheap. Most of the channels feature programs that look like they were filmed with a crumbled up ball of aluminum foil that was thrown in the corner and squirted with mustard. You basically have to attach a sniper scope to the remote so you can hit the censor because if you at all deviate from the microscopic radius of the censor it’ll read your input like you yelling at Helen Keller to “stop” as she walks out in front of on coming traffic. When scrolling through channels in the “up” direction the number goes up. When in the menu scrolling “up” means the channels go down. The slightest of wind, the satellite goes out. The most minuscule amount of lactation the clouds produce, the satellite goes out. When my neighbor clogs his toilet, the satellite goes out. Anyways, the receiver sucks and that’s the bottom line cause Stone Cold said so.

First thing...I took a day off for installation.. installer text me day before to change installation date. So I took the next day off.. they finally showed up, guy was rushing...LIED directly to my face and told me they weren't allowed to put cable line in wall he had to drill hole in my ceiling and drop this line down threw it. So know I have this black cord coming down out my ceiling for everyone to see. He didn't check to see if cable worked correctly or anything, so later that night I realized I couldn't get all my local stations. I contacted the installation company and they sent the owner out who told me the first installer had quit and that he had lied to me said he could have run the line in wall but he was to lazy. The owner of the installation company promised me in my face that he would come out the following Monday and fix it so I could not get my local stations and run the cable cord in the wall. Thats been a month ago. I have texted them 4 separate times and have been told each time they would be out by the end of the week. I also contacted ORBYTV and they said it was on the installers. HORRIBLE... when they sent the installers out to do the install. I will be canceling this garbage and paying to have someone fix my ceiling. STAY AWAY!!!

I'm very impress with my purchase of my Orby TV - Satellite Receiver. I will definitely have to buy one for my bedroom.

It is a lot better than paying for regular cable or satelite

I love the service and the receiver came on time. This box is usually $100 with Orby but I got it from best buy on sale so for the price of 1 I got 2.

Bought as 3rd and 4th room receivers. Have not installed yet, but they appear identical to my other two, which have worked perfectly for about 18 months. One thing from using the boxes, they can get quite warm in use. I installed some small felt pads over the existing feet, raising it slightly. The boxes run cooler now. If I have one complaint, I have not found out a way to block the unavailable channels. I know Orby just wants to tease me to see what I am missing by not buying additional packages, but it is annoying in everyday use.

I got my box,but NO Remote control was not in the box so I had to go to town and buy one so they can program my orbit with my TV.

The Orby receiver worked great and the service was great until they went out of business. Now I have no use for the device but it was great while it lasted!

I live near the base so I only get a couple of free channels but pleased with the $40 package.

I bought 2 of them to use with my Orby satellite dish One did act up on me, had to unplug the power supple and restart it. The other one not a problem.

Good TV system need to see other groups starting up new way to watch television.

I am really happy with orby tv. I really wish they had more choices for the money.

Everything is great just need to improve the remote works fine just a little hard to use and has to be pointed directly at receiver

Bought receiver at Best Buy , then found out I could have gotten receiver and dish and install in a package deal from Orby, it's best to have a pro install

I bought this for my sone, who already has orby TV. He seems very satisfied with the system.
