    Been waiting for 4 weeks and still no service Paid for service and program s But I have no service at all. Called once every week ! Got runaround each time .Now get a recorded message to contact them through email.

    When I finally got an appointment to have the system installed, which was an arduous task in itself, I found out I needed to have 2 separate Orby accounts. While the satellite dish can handle 6 TVs, an account is only good for a maximum of 4 TVs. Additionally, the installer said he doesn’t do crawl spaces and I would have to do the work in that area for the splitters. Lastly, the installer insisted my splitters weren’t adequate and I would have to purchase Orby’s splitters. I ended up returning the system. If you’re only running 1 or 2 TVs, maybe this system would work for you.
