I researched for a while to find a massage chair that had the features I was looking for. Plus, I had Best Buy's financing available, so I did concentrate my search on their site. First, I bought with the dimensions that my home's door would allow to pass through, it being a 32" door. (This chair is a bit wider, but the sides of it were shipped in another box, allowing me to have a wider chair! ) Secondly, I wanted a chair that has a L-track system... this one has an SL-track. It follows your back in a natural curve and also massages your glutes. And it does this wonderfully! It also has massage features for your feet and calves, including air bag massage for realistic feelings. The footrest is automatically adjusted (by spring tension) to allow for taller people. I'm 5'10, 190lbs, and I feel very comfortable in it. The remote is wired directly. It has 6 preset massage sessions. You can adjust and create your own session as you like, changing the speed or pressure of the massage, choosing between different types of massages, as well. You can opt for foot massage only, if desired, adjusting the pressure of the rollers and air. I suffer from migraines, so I like to use the manual features to have the massage concentrate on my neck, which it does a great job, up into the base of my skull. The shiatsu massage from that helps me get rid of the tension in my neck very well. Your arms get a massage via the side 'pockets' that your arms naturally fit into. Utilizing air pressure this chair your arms get a massage. There are air bags on either side of your shoulders for added manipulation. To give you an even more enjoyable experience, this chair has bluetooth speakers that allow you to have any type of surround sounds to help get you into a relaxed mood. If desired you are able to play anything that you want from your phone, tv or any Bluetooth device. I enjoy using our Alexa to play relaxing sounds or music through these speakers. The ability to be put into an 'anti-gravity' position is a plus! It allows your back to have a much better massage. With the remote, you can adjust how far back the chair reclines, as well. The massage sessions are set for 15 minutes, with the ability to add 5 minute increments. Just about anything you can think of, you're able to get from this chair, with the ability to adjust all features to your liking. I mentioned the sides are shipped in a separate box. The footrest is, too. So, this chair requires a little assembly. It is not hard to put together, though. There is also a great video on YouTube given as instructions if you were to want to see how to assemble. Having the chair delivered this way allowed me to get it through the door of my house, as the width of the finished assembly is wider than 36". Are there better featured chairs? Yes. Do they require more money to purchase? Yes. I purchased this one for around 1,600. And given that since I used my Best Buy card, I have time to pay it off without interest. One Con.... you are not able to create and save your personal sessions. I would highly recommend this chair. For the money and it's features you will have a hard time finding another to compare with it.

Little bit of assembly is needed, but not difficult at all. Integrated bluetooth speaker is a nice feature. I often fall asleep after a long day listening my music while the chair does its thing. Definitely worth the money

This chair is top notch. It has helped melt away stress and soreness. I got it on sale and I highly recommend it.

This is a great Massage Chair but the only drawback is that there is no pocket to store the remote and it keeps rolling from here and there. There should be a pocket or glove to keep the remote.

I almost canceled delivery. I’m so glad I didn’t. I love it. And I recommend it highly. It have so many modes and versatility. Truly takes the edge off. You’ll find yourself falling asleep.all thumbs up.

I love it! For me most settings are a little to strong for my feet but no pain no gain. I wouldn’t change a thing.

Chair been broken for 3 months,I have insurance still not working.
