    A very nice electric autoharp, but this is the lowest end of all of them & it's NOT competitively priced. The item pictured is $599.99 retail, & the one Best Buy sent was $399.00 retail. Sure, $355.00 is a SLIGHT discount, but when you have to pay SALES TAX when you use your Rewards Card, your only saving $16.56, NOT the $255.44 as advertised!!!!!!!! Throw in the fact that the same autoharp I was sent routinely sells for $319.99, this isn't a good deal at all. What makes it even messier is the SKU number is IDENTICAL!!! The UPC code is NOT!!!!! (UPC code#80112850251 as advertised).The actual UPC code of the instrument sent was NOT the same! I was HEARTBROKEN!!!! I sadly returned a nice instrument on general principal. I didn't get what I paid for, ...... PERIOD!
