This was to be my fourth guitar, but first acoustic/electric. The white was on sale and I own a white baby grand piano, so even though I wasn't thrilled about the color, it matched. The neck relief was off and the bridge high, but after a few adjustments, it played okay, although the sound was thin. But, I could always plug it in. Then I noticed the paint job was spotty around the sound hole and the neck banding was cracked at the 13th fret. I wrote Oscar Schmidt, including photos of the quality flaws. I wanted to know if I asked for a replacement, could expect similar marginal quality. In a nutshell, yes. So back it goes.
