||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am very pleased with the file cabinet; however, the bottom drawer didn't work quite right so the installer was to replace it. I have not heard from them to schedule a time to deliver the new drawer. I call Best Buy and don't get to talk to a person that knows anything about it. They want me to track it, but I don't even have an invoice or anything with the tracking number on it. This is somewhat disconcerting. Jake was the installer and he was super, but the follow-up hasn't been the best.
