This toaster is definitely worth the price, so you get what you pay for. Decent featured heat settings, including a bagel setting. It is made of plastic on the outside, and feels slightly cheap. Overall, you get what you pay for, so I can't complain too much. If you are not set on a 4-Slice Toaster, I suggest you check out the Oster Brushed Stainless Steel 2-Slice Toaster. I am am very pleased with it.

I bought this toaster for our cottage because the 2 slice toaster wasn't enough when we had company. I like this toaster because you can do 2 pieces darker then the other 2 at the same time, or do toast and bagels at the same time. Everything comes out evenly browned on both sides.

Makes super yummy toast, and my 3 year old loves toast!!

I got this for the 4 wide slice capability. However, with wide bagels, they don't always popup and there is no visual light to indicate whether it is still toasting or if it's done. I've even had this problem with toasting bread on occasion, too. The bagel mode light always stays on, even when not toasting, so I have to remember to manually turn it off. Even when it pops up it is very quiet, so you need to be right there to be ready.

It does the job as good as any other but feels and looks like it is priced...Cheap

It <looks> nice, and does work. However, when picking it up by itself you realize it's too light. When you push down on the handle to make toast, the handle bends (flimsy plastic), and the entire unit shifts because it's too light. I would expect this from WallyMart, not BB.

Does not brown large items (bagels) evenly. Often the centering bars do not click into place to activate the electrical element resulting in standing around waiting for it to toast when the elements aren't even activated. Bought as a Christmas gift for the family - disappointed my family and me

Love this toaster. Cook up to 4 slices of toast or bagels, and english muffins. Thick or thin and slices can be inter mixed.

This is the second toaster we purchased. The first one lasted six years and was good.

Slowly died in two years. First, one side of heating elements died in all four slots even though only the left two slots were typically used. Then, finally, all of the heating elements ceased functioning, turning the toaster into a paperweight. This is NOT acceptable. It's just a toaster with exposed wires that resist electricity and therefore heat up. There is NO excuse for it dying in two years time. Do not waste your money on this model. It will not be there for you after two years.

Just had a hard time keeping the toaster down so it would cook .The only thing it found out was what the bottom of a trashcan look like!! They don`t build Quality nothing anymore , it is cheap junk

This toaster should not have made it past the quality control guy at the end of the line. The knobs were faulty. One side of the elements did not work. A plasticky poor construction feel.

toasts bread,muffins, bagles very nicely, has great looks and easy to clean

This toaster blackens bread if you turn the dial past 2, but anything under it will only toast half the bread, then you have to flip it over and watch it so it doesn't blacken... Don't waste your money

This product toasts very poorly. Toasts fine on 1 side, and very dark on the other. Just like a steak I like it cooked equally on both sides.
