We use it often, and so far no issues. I'm sure my rating will change if we get any issues, but so far so good. Great product.

The instructions that came with it was for a different model though, that had much more features than the unit had and it was for a 2 slice toaster and I bought a 4 slice toaster. The instructions was for a toaster that had a lot more bells and whistles than the one I purchased.
