Love the set the water not so much

The is a great knife set with the only drawback that they hold water when you wash them. I was these by hand and have to really make sure that all the water has drained out of them before I put them back in the block.

The stainless steel is much lighter than our previous knife set. Also, all of the non-serrated knives had to be sharpened, they arrived dull when shipped.
