Was nervous with having the batter stick to the surface after cooking -- this waffle maker never has had a waffle stick - they actually can simply be lifted out. Warning - the waffles are double thick...plan on 1, maybe 1.5 per person!

I bought this for my husband for Christmas and it works/cooks perfectly and is easy to use. The quality of the material used to make the product was a little cheap looking but overall I am satisfied.

It's a waffle maker! You put batter in, and it gives you a waffle that is as good as the batter will allow. The product does have an adjustment to give the waffle a toasty finish and flavor that I like. The deep pockets hold lots of butter and syrup.....probably not that good for me.

The waffles cook evenly, but are too thick for our liking.

This is an excellent waffle maker. Very similar to what you see in hotels. I would not recommend using a pancake mix. Doesn't work that well. But makes great waffles.

My waffles are thick and fluffy, just perfect. Have a cuinart and does not work nearly as well. The advantage of this waffle maker you flip it over and get perfect waffles every time. Great product for the money. In fact it is a real bargain.

Makes a very good waffle. Also the grill heats to a good temperature so you can get a crispy waffle if you want. Just missing a buzzer to let you know it is ready. Well worth the price.

Excellent Belgian waffle maker, thick waffles and very easy to clean, with ceramic cooking surface instead of Teflon.

Incredibly easy to use, and the ceramic plates are virtually non-stick! It cleans up easily and isn't hard to store in the cabinet after usage. The instructions are easy to follow and there are even recipes in the booklet.

This is an excellent waffle maker and makes the super thick Belgium style waffles. I love it and use it weekly!

works good and doesn't fall apart, there is a learning curve on using it to make the best waffles but worth it and would buy again

Bought this as a Christmas present. The little catch that holds the handle in the support so you can pivot it broke almost immediately. It doesn’t affect the functionality, but you have to finesse the handle to turn it and then to open it back up. Was going to return it but the display model had the exact same issue so I guess it’s a design flaw. Other than that, works as expected.

Got this for home. It's very easy to use, easy to clean and is good for daily use

Cooks like a professional waffle. Just like at the hotels with continental breakfast. Make ur batter, pour, close the lid, flip and cook. Done!
