I have not been able to reach any one to speak to about getting it fixed. I have a Geek Quad Total protection plan on other things that I was told was suppose to cover but when I brought it in of course I needed a different warranty.

It warms cold butter via a warm breeze feature. Like that it self contains accessories with acrylic storage thingy. The speed control feels more like a variable speed slide than a notched pick a speed kind of thing and that part feels a little cheap. It does stand securely on end when pausing use. The beaters themselves function but are a little irregular and unlike my moms vintage appliance the beaters are not slightly bowed which makes "licking the beaters" a thing of the past.
