I studied the reviews on all of the personal blenders and was considering purchasing a higher priced blender. After reading the reviews on this blender and using the traditional Osterizer for years, decided to give this one a try. It's the perfect blender for smoothies. Easy to use and blends the chunks of frozen fruit thoroughly and quickly. What I like most is that it's very quick and easy to clean. Particularly the area around the blade which is a challenge and time consuming to clean thoroughly in a traditional blender. The blender has only one speed but I haven't found this to be a problem. Also nice that it doesn't take up a lot of counter space so I can leave it out on the counter - another time-saving feature for those of us who use our blender frequently.

I love this product! Only issue I had was that the seal on the motor of the 1st one I bought came off (causing everything to leak when flipping the bottle over to blend) and couldn't be put back together so I had to exchange it. The 2nd is good so far. They both crush ice without a problem. Definitely recommend it. It doesn't take up space on the counter and the bottle is a perfect size.

I managed to get this product with discounts, and it performed even better than expected. It blends ice and frozen fruit completely, which I was worried about. Very powerful for such a low price.

This item is the best... I drink smoothies and shakes twice a day and it has lasted me more than what I expected. The bottle is not bully and it great to carry with on a back pack. I'll recommend this to anyone who likes protein shakes on the go.

Bought this to make smoothies. Makes perfect smoothies using fruit, veggies, ice cream, yogurt or whatever you throw in there. Fast and convenient because you use the container to drink your smoothie. Easy clean up.

Oster makes a great product and this is a example of another great product. I use it for single shakes prior to gym workouts instead of the blender. Easy to clean, no leaks, lots of power. So far so good!!

I really like this little blender. I already had a magic bullet, but it was starting to get pretty old, I also needed something that had a top so I can take my smoothies with me. This is perfect for making smoothies and protein shakes. I think it blends everything very well (I use a lot of ice). I LOVE that it takes up such a small amount of space. I have a small apartment in a small kitchen, so it is perfect for me. This is the best product for its price compared to other similar personal blenders.

Its a good blender for the price. They last for a while. Second one we have had since first one burnt up after a couple years. Main issue, compared to a blender, is when putting in powder, like a protein shake, the powder will stick to the sides and not get all blended well. Since you have to put everything in first, then turn upside down to blend, vs putting powder in a blender while its running so it does not stick.

I purchased this blender for making shakes on my boat. It is well made,powerful and does not take up much space.

I love this little blender. I purchased it for use in my camper van because I love getting extra healthy fruits and veggies in via smoothie. The simplicity and compact size of this blender is what won me over and it has proven to be a solid choice. It has enough power to blend fully frozen fruits with ease; I have not tried anything using ice but I imagine it would have a similar result - a smooth and fine puree. There is only one button - pulse - so I have to exact control over the process but that's fine with me. I don't need a big base with lots of fancy features, just a simple low wattage blender that easily blends frozen fruits and seems like it will stand the test of time. To boot it's fairly easy to clean - just don't leave the rubber/plastic top covered with smoothie for too long or it may dry into some hard-to-reach crevices.

I love this product for the money. Does the job and doesn't take up a lot of counter space.

I was considering buying a different brand, but Oster won me over, one, since they've been around so long, and two, from growing up with one, and remembering how sturdy and powerful it was, and three, reviews I had read. I've only used it a few times so far, but from what I remember about the Oster of my youth, this one is living up to it. I was worried about crushing ice, but it does it in seconds, and blends easily. I only wish it had come with a 2nd cup, but I ended up buying a 2nd one anyway.

I brought this to make protein shakes at work. It's perfect. the base is small enough to go in a drawer. It's a little loud but only takes seconds to blend so not bad at all.

Not heavy, portable, quick, super easy to use/clean!

I have only used it a few times thus far, but I like how convenient this personal blender is with the portable sports cup. The 20oz size is just right for me. It does not take up too much space on the counter and sometimes I use the bottle as a water bottle. The snap close lid is more convenient than a twist off and it has not leaked (yet). I wish we were able to buy extra bottles at a reasonable price in case you leave yours somewhere or have multiple household members who would like to use it as well. I thought the $29.99 price was a little pricey, but got it on sale for $19.99, which I thought was more reasonable.

A great blender at a very affordable price, blends frozen fruits when making smoothies with ease. The only tiny drawback, it's pretty loud.

One of the best purchases I've made for the kitchen! It's so easy to use, and mixes just the right amount for a single serving. Cleanup is a breeze, just rinse and leave for the next user. My 12 year old daughter and I are hooked on yogurt and fresh fruit smoothies for breakfast. Use frozen blueberries in place of ice for a super tasty cool summertime treat. This blender stands up to my 18 year old body builder son who makes protein shakes a couple times a day. The Oster My-blend makes it easy for the whole family to eat healthier. An added bonus is it's good looking so you don't mind giving it a permanent place on the counter!

I purchased this blender to mix my protein drinks when I was on the road. I have a power inverter in my SUV so I can plug it in just like you can at home. So far it has exceeded my expectations due to its ease of use and portability.

Good product to make a quick fruit juice to go. But a bit too noisy but for me its alright. Might not be ok for others who would use it to make a shake in the morning as it is really loud.
