This blender has a powerful motor that allows you to create amazing delicious smoothies that have no lumps or undesired chunks. The blades make sure all of your ingredients are blended finely. The Oster Pro® 1200 Plus Blend-N-Go is super efficient. Gather your favorite smoothie ingredients and toss them in the blender, set it for your smoothie blend of choice and within moments you're on your way with a delicious smoothie. An excellent way to create smoothies on the go. My family recently decided to drink smoothies in the mornings instead of a traditional breakfast. Thanks to the The Oster Pro® 1200 Plus Blend-N-Go, we can create them at home without having to get them from the local smoothie shop. I love the design. Is a little bit noisy but my old one was a lot worse. I use it mostly to make banana ice cream does an incredible job. Washes up nicely top rack dishwasher.

Great Blender For The Price

The automatic set functions work great I use the smooth the most. With the automatic shut off my smoothie comes out perfect every time. Would recommend

Oster Pro 1200 Blender

Awesome until the main shaft begins to leak.

Absolutely one of the best I have ever purchased, until it starts to leak from the main shaft of the blades. Do not believe those who tell you that you have not placed the gasket correctly, and that is why it leaks. This unit bleeds ingredients from the middle of the metal shaft that attaches the blades. Sadly, I tried more than one of these handy blenders... and both had the exact same problem. Very disappointed to not keep this blender.

Sometimes it leaves chunks of ingredients and it is always a pain to fit on the base so you will have to spin the connector a little to facilitate mounting. Again, not a huge deal but it is a nuance.

Broke after 3 minutes of blending soft ingredients

Going great until, awful crunching grinding sound. Literally nothing hard. No ice, no frozen fruits or anything. Soft icecream, peanut butter, and milk.. and it was used a whole 3 or 4 minutes before something broke inside. Don't waste your money, get a different one. This one isn't good. Easy to use until it broke.
