Me and wife were looking into to getting a blender for multiple reasons. We looked at the Ninja for awhile and we compared it with the Oster and there's things the Oster can do that the Ninja couldn't do. Like different speed control and different types of blending these are the reasons we chose this blender.

I've had many of blenders and food processors, but nothing can compare to my Oster. It does everything that's listed in the description. It's AMAZING and you won't be disappointed.

The Oster - Pro 7-speed Food Processor has some great reviews, and a glass jar which was what helped set it aside from the crowd. Got it home, unboxed it, and the smell coming off the plastic parts was highly toxic smelling and overwhelming. Immediately reboxed it and returned the next day for a full refund. C'mon Oster, the reason most people purchase blenders is either for healthy drinks (smoothies, etc) or for blended cocktails, soups, or sauces. In either scenario, no one whats toxic plastics leaching into their food. Cons: Offensive, toxic plastic smell Pros: Glass Jar

So far so good with this blender. The blender will crush ice and make your smoothies and milshakes with ease. The food processor is powerful and chops evenly, but it only has a 5 cup capacity, so keep your total ingredients to 4 cups or under and you'll be just fine.

Everything you need: blender and Food processor. Sturdy materials. Consumer Reports always gives high grades to Oster appliances, so I was sure that this would be a perfect replacement for my older food processor.

For the price you pay this has the power you want. If you are not looking for something with that much power Best But has other blenders to choose from. I know I sound like a commercial but, I looked other places and did not like what I heard and the prices that other store had to offer.

Was a gift for my mom because previous blender stopped working even though i kept exchanging for a new one. Hopefully it lasts longer.

I've already made salsa twice with my new oster blender..I like the quietness while blending and it stops on its own when its done chopping my salsa. I'm very happy with my oster blender.

My granddaughter got her first apartment and I was helping her with her first appliances. Bought the nicer unit so she can cook and bake and make her grandma a margarita.

Great for everyday use! I've been making smoothie, salsas and even tamales (with this food processor attachment). Easy to use and clean.

This blender is really worth buying with such a reasonable price, having 7 speed option and larger capacity great for all kinds of smoothies, shakes, yogurts and doughs

Have been looking for a blender that also shredded veggies and cheese, and finally found this one! Works perfectly fine and does not take the space of two appliances.

Picked this up for smoothies at a gathering. The unit ran 3 hours straight making ice based smoothies of all kinds. It did not fail and not a complaint. The clean up was easy and it is ready for the next time.

I bought this for my daughter. As per her, she loves its. It was a surprise gift and boy was she happy. You wont be disappointed.

so far, so good. mixes well. double blades seem to make the stirring process a lot faster. Looking forward to mixing slushies this summer.

using it for making protein shakes. the pulsed ramp and reverse spins are fantastic. moderate noise lever but much quieter than the old Hamilton Beach it replaced
