Very quickly I learned that the charge cable provided with my iPhone was difficult to insert and unplug from the phone. In fact, I broke one cable. I went to Best Buy and the associate sold me the OtterBox cable. It worked perfectly. Very strong and easy to plug in and unplug.

Very sturdy connectors and nice braided jacket. It's a bit stiffer than the OEM cables, but should last much longer. Time will tell.
