This will protect your phone very well. Not for the user who is looking for a slim case. However since this is used by a teenager, I wanted something that would protect it from drops. It does the job and looks good as well.

It is good quality.. Worth the price..worked great

This is not one of Otterbox’s best cases for protection, however it is good enough if you just use your phone in city under general use. It’s not designed for those who like to take their phone into the boxing ring with them.

I had one before in another phone and already like it. Great quality. I dropped my phone many times and even got it wet and the cover was just the right protection. What I don't like is the port cover, it is hard to open to add the charger.

Bought for my daughter and she really liked it. It does the job and keeps the phone safe. I received the case right on time with fast shipping. Otter box is a very good brand and will buy again in the future.

I drop my phone all the time. Within 2 months I broke this case in 2 places and yet my phone never broke. So, yes, I had to purchase another case, I didn't have to purchase another phone. I think it saved me!

I'm really hard on my phone cases and this was the second case I got for this particular phone. It was great. It really protected the phone well.

I bought this otter box for my phone, it’s not too thick of a case! Since I have butter fingers I’ve dropped by phone a few times, it protected my phone and the case didn’t break either!

I feel more secure with the protection provided by the OtterBox. I had one previously for a work phone and now wouldn't go without it. I only wish they provided a spare screen protector in case you messed up its application.

We have purchased many otterbox over the years, I would estimate around 10 in total. This particular model, we purchased for my 17 yr old daughter who is very irresponsible with her phone. She had this case for roughly 1 month. Dropped her phone 30 times. It protected her phone every time. The last time she dropped it, the otterbox case cracked (to be expected), but still protected the phone! I felt very pleased with the product considering the abuse it took. Needless to say, she bought another case from another company after the crack, which i advised her against. The phone was broken within a week. My only complaint is that the case did not hold up longer. I will definitely buy more otterbox products in the future. Waiting for a surfacebook model.

The Commuter case is a great choice if you keep your phone in a pocket. The case is kind of “slick” and slim so that it slides easier than a more rubbery case such as the Defender.

Bought this case for my college age son's phone. While he takes great care with his phone, accidents happen. I feel like this case offers good protection against damage from getting dropped.

Otter Box covers have protected better than any other brand. I’m a bit clumsy and have dropped my phone numerous times and this case has kept my phone from harm’s way!

Fits the 5s and decent price for daughters first iPhone (hand me down). What you would expect from an Otter Box. I have used this line for several phones now and never had any problems.

A standard case. You know what you're getting when you purchase it. It is great for protecting your phone if you're clumsy or are giving it to a teenager. Which is what we ended up doing in this case.

I purchased this case because I was very pleased with the case like this for my iPhone 5 several years ago. That phone was dropped many, many times and was very well protected.

The case protects the phone as it should, But it did Crack on my daughter when she was trying to take it off or put it on...not sure if she did something wrong...she is usually pretty good with these things.

Good case. It doesn't have screen protector built in, which I love because debris gets under the cover on that style and it drives me crazy! Separate screen cover is excellent.
