Also, when I went onto Otterbox.com to register my product, as advsed by Best Buy, there is no where that outlines the warratny policy. I'm trusting that if there is an issue with the product, Otterbox iwill replace it if necessary.

We're wondering if you ended up purchasing both pieces for the Commuter case, including the inner rubber silicone and the outer plastic shell, mainly because your review looks like it is focused on just the back outer shell for the case. As for the warranty, here at OtterBox we don't actually require you to register for the warranty itself. It is automatic on our products, so if your case is damaged at all in the upcoming year, just call our friendly Otters at 1-855-688-7269, and they'll be happy to process a claim for you!
