The hard case has a screen protector attached and prevents water/moisture from damaging the phone. The soft case is a great shock absorber - I've dropped my phone many times with no damage. I love this phone case!

Because of my OtterBox, it looks like new despite being dropped dozens of times. The plastic did break off a bit on the bottom, but I have been dropping it for over two years. And the case still protects it adequately anyway.

He likes this one because it has the same great protection as the last one and it shows up against the black dashboard of the golf cart and various counters where he sets his phone down. Helps him to remember not to leave the phone behind.

She likes the color and it does what it's supposed to. The included screen protector, however, was awful and it tore just trying to get the peel off portion off.
