I have an iPhone 11 and have tried the defender and this commuter. Defender is far better for protect but is so bulky I wend with the commuter. The rubber case seems to be made of a lot softer material than it used to be. It flexes quite a bit. On both sides where the control buttons are. So far it done well.

I always get otterbox when i need to protect a phone or tablet. The Iphone 11 Commuter is thin but protects. It's easy to install and looks great on the new iphone 11.

Two days into having a new phone and had already dropped the phone and case held up and not a scratch. It’s not super bulky but it is a heavy duty case.

It does it's job to protect your phone. The Commuter isn't as roughed as original Otterbox case as this is the second one which broke/ failed from normal daily use.

Good fit on the phone without being too bulky. The screen and the camera are both protected by raised edges and the buttons feel good when you click them.
