My recent purchase of iphone 11/xr - black was a great buy since it was a used iphone with a discounted price. I can't afford to purchase a new iphone because of the full retail price so a Best Buy used iphone is a great deal for the price.

bought for my partners phone nearly a year ago & it’s still in great condition! its slim so it still fits in your pockets/bag comfortably & doesn’t feel bulky in your hand while still giving great protection.

Product is a lifesaver I have stopped carrying expensive mobile insurance because these cases protect my phone for everything and everyday use. I am always dropping phones so far I haven’t broke it with this case. These cases have a come a long way they aren’t heavy just a little bulky in my opinion.

Nice case; serves its purpose. I already had a screen protector installed on my phone so it worked out that this case does not come with a built in screen. The raised edge around the screen is a good feature. Only wish the final outside layer had a little more silicone grip.

I am so glad I bought an Otter box for my phone. I had just purchased my phone and otter box for it. I put the phone in the case before I left the store. I got into my car to leave. As I was pulling out of the parking space I heard a thud.I stopped and got out of the car and there was my phone on the ground(left phone on roof of car). When I picked up the phone the was not a scratch on the case or on the screen of my phone. Thanks, OtterBox!

I have used Otter for years on different phones. Given that I travel over 100,000 miles per year and the phones have never incurred as much as a scratch where the case covers the phone I would recommend it to anyone. Price is decent too.

Perfect to use if your IPhone falls a lot. Perfect to use at work. Prefect protection for the phone.

I had an inexpensive cover that fell apart and I never felt as though it protected my iPhone. The OtterBox is so very sturdy, I feel that my phone is completely protected from any mishaps.

Otter Box case is a perfect fit for the iPhone 11XR. Looks great and will do a great job of protecting the phone from accidental drops. The raised edge around the display screen will give added protection for the display screen if the phone is dropped.

I was searching for a otter box and seeing that my phone is an older phone I was having trouble finding one . I even went to my carrier looking for an otter box and they said the phone was to old I would have to order on line .. I thought to try Best Buy as I always have great service and the staff is very polite and helpful . Long and behold, I found one at Best Buy .. I was very happy as a matter fact it was the last one thank goodness. I will always recommend Best Buy.to everyone..

Best Buy is my go to store when seeking a specialized product for an older phone...all was smooth in selections, prices, ordering, pickup and product is great!

My guy places his phone in his pocket all the time. This case is fantastic as it is not bulky and easily glides in and out. It does have plug in coverage so no worry lint gets in this area. The employee did recommend a screen protector and I believe this was a good idea.

This case is great and super protective. Not bulky like the Defender but still good protection from drops. The screen edges have great room even with a screen protector. The bottom port is kept covered and easy to open for a charger. Works with wireless charging too.
