Always bought Otterbox cases for all my cellphones. Never thought of even trying any other brand, but Otterbox’s 11 pro case disappointed me. The rubber part of the case broke, the volume buttons came off. I’m nit sure if I received a defective piece or what, but terrible quality.

We bought this case and the first time the phone was dropped, the back of the phone broke and the phone stopped working. Phone was dropped from kitchen counter to tile floor. It must have hit just at the right angle to break the corner. See photos.

This case is not drop proof. My phone dropped from my restroom sink and landed on the top side of the case and the whole back of my phone cracked. I just bought the case and this happened within a week.

I thought the Otterbox name meant quality—but apparently not for this model. Without a significant drop it had a small crack at the top that grew larger over time. Disappointed.

It’s lighter and slimmer than my otter box contractor case. It’s not so heavy , and fits better in my hands. My phone functions really well with it. I never though I would move from the thick heavy model but I’m glad I did.

[Employee of bestbuy] Reviewing this a year after I bought it- you definitely get what you pay for. A lot of people complain about the blockiness of Otterbox cases but this one at least has no issues; it fits in all of my jeans pockets easily and in my opinion it’s pretty sleek. The charger flap on the bottom is still in great shape, no signs of wear. I drop my phone at least once a day and I throw it around quite a bit and this case keeps it protected. As long as you don’t drop it on a rock or run it over with your car, you’ll be good. My grandma once dropped her phone off of the Top Thrill Dragster at Cedar Point. Found it at the bottom of the coaster unharmed. I will never stop recommending Otterbox.

The first thing that I did when I received my new iPhone 11 was to purchase an OtterBox. As with my previous iPhones, this item is not that bulky and gives me a firmer grip on the phone itself. It is a little bit pricey, but the peace of mind I get from the added protection is worth the price.

Got this for a work iPhone 11. Phones are too slippery to me so it's more a matter of having a good grip on the phone than providing protection. It does a good job of both (albeit not testing the latter). I may remove the cover for the charging port as that's a nuisance.

Bought multiple of these cases for family .Excellent protection for phones fits iPhone well and easy to put together. I have not dropped in water or had severe drops on hard surface but great for regular use and lasts for life of phone

My favorite case. It is not too bulky but has great protection. I have used the commuter series on my last 4 iPhones. One was left on the roof of my truck and bounced down the highway with only a minor scratch. I will have a commuter series for every phone I buy.

Sturdy and easy to use not bulky at all if you want protection with a sleek look this is a great option with the price being as low as it is you can’t beat it. Such a deal I thought something was wrong with it but there is nothing wrong with it

My previous otter box for my phone broke on one side, so this simply a replacement for it. It fits perfectly and gives my phone the protection it needs.

Kept my phone safe so far! Looks clean and sylish. Unfortunately I had a magnet in the back of my old case that allowed it to attach to my car dashboard but this case must have a heavier back that makes it fall off.

Excellent case. Easy to put on and it protects my Iphone. The look is simple and sleek.

I One of the case that was great for protection but also I wanted to case that was not bulky and this is perfect fit right into what I was looking for the protection and ease of taking the phone in and out of my pocket because the case is not bulky

I do like the design even though I have a iPhone X. It still worked out great. Unfortunately, it did not have the magnetic backing for when I driving. But it did have that extra security and easy to use. I would say be cautious of your silent mode when placing your phone into it because it will turn it off and you’ll miss a lot of alerts or phone calls. I have yet to drop it and it has protected from being in my pocket.

The case was easy to install, lightweight and looks good. I have already dropped my cell phone several times after installing the new case and there was absolutely no damage to my phone.
