She expected it to have at least a screen protection, like the one for her iPad (same Brand by the way) and a desk support in the back. Nice color, though.

Historically, the Commuter has never had built-in screen protection, but we also intentionally decided to not include this feature on any of our iPhone X/Xs cases so that customers could enjoy a seamless interaction with their curved display.
