We’re sorry to see that the OtterBox Defender is seeming a bit too substantial for your taste, and also that you’re having some issues with the slip cover peeling. There really isn’t much to be done at this point on the size except perhaps to let you know that we do have a couple of other models – the Commuter and Symmetry – that are more streamlined in design, if you’d like to check those out. As far as the deterioration of the slip cover, we can definitely get you set up for a warranty replacement on that piece! SaYing that let's me say. The case is great otherwise. Very slim ,fits perfectly in my pocket,easy to pull out of pocket. Very protective I drop my phone alot.. the rubber seals for the headphone jack and charging port are easy to handle but don't sit right on the case

Otterbox is the only choice

This OtterBox is just as good as all of the other OtterBoxes 100% flawless. Years ago my phone was run over by a car but because of the fact that it was in its Autre box it came out 100% unharmed. for this I will never buy anything other than OtterBox for the rest of my life.

Very light weight and Heavy duty

I had another case on before this one a pelican, just to bulky and didn't fit in my Palm like I wanted it to. This is very lightweight and cuffs to my hand perfect when holding the phone. 5 stars I love it beats my old one by far!!!

This case however is excellent. Very durable. Very slim. Adds just a bit of weight which I actually like. Highly recommended. *Does not contain any otters.

When i purchased my galaxy note 4 i had to get a case not a case but a otterbox case. Honestly i wanted the defender series case but it was unavailable so the next best thing is the commuter series case. Dont get me wrong i love the commuter case but i prefer the defender series case.

For example if I'm cropping a photo it won't allow me to fully get the ends unless I'm using the s-pen(sometimes have to do one handed work). Other than that I love it, really protects from my 2 year old's butter and sticky fingers.

Price isn't bad for the quality of the case I feel comfortable dropping this case and not hurting my phone. It also has dust covers for all the ports and allows me to pull the stylus out with ease.
