But I dropped my phone once and it popped out and scuffed up my brand new note 10. The corner popped through the lip of the case so easily that I could accidentally pop it off

I would prefer this otter Box be like the otter boxes that are made for the IPhone where the whole phone is incased (because I can damage a phone in about 1 day, I'm talking about I can crack screen in no time). When I had my IPhone up until 1 week ago (I kept that IPhone for about 4.5 years) and when I took it out the case that phone didn't have 1 scratch on it, seriously. So I guess time will tell if this case is durable or not, I feel like I'm going to crack my screen because there's no front casing to this otter box.
