Works as intended. Protects the phone without getting in the way. It is not bulky at all. My wife has this on her Samsung Galaxy S4 and she really likes it. There are several colors to choose from and she is happy with the color she chose.

I've always kept my smartphones in Otterboxes since I'm always hard on them. I got the commuter case to replace a worn out Defender case. A little disapointed that my charger (not the Samsung charger but works with Defender case) didn't fit because of size of the cases charging access port. Otherwise, a good fit on the phone.

This case actually is my Fiancee's now, I have the bigger otter box for full protection due to my work and life style. I think it works very well for her, her main concern has been that she has a case with a rubber backing that will not slide in the car lol, which it does that very well. It's also great for providing protection from dropping.

I always have otterbox on all my phones and my family's phones. Very durable case with reliable protection for your device.

I really like this case. I have dropped my phone several times and let's just say, the case is great and it works.

My only complaint about this cell phone protective jacket is that the screen protector was difficult to install. Fortunately, Best Buy staff were able to get it on the screen perfectly after I had screwed it up and it looks great. Since I cracked my last phone's screen, the wrap-around edges of firm plastic are reassuring to me that my phone is protected from my clumsiness.

I like this product because my Galaxy S4 already felt huge without a case. I did not have a case for a long time because I didn't want it to feel even larger. This case is nice and doesn't make it seem so large like the typical Otter box. I dropped my phone face down on asphalt, and the case protected the edges and screen on my phone. Overall, I am satisfied with the case.

Bought this for my wife and she loves it. Would be hard to damage her phone with this as her protector.

I love that this case coupled with a Zagg screen protector completely covers my phone. The hard back case allows my phone to slide in and out of my pocket easily. The only drawback I have is the price charged for this case but I guess it is a necessity to protect an investment like a smartphone.

As I stated, a must have to protect your investment in the Samsung s4. Stops me from worrying about damaging this phone through everyday use.

The case does a great job protecting the case while maintaining the thin profile of the phone.
