I looked at a good number of cases on display at my BB store -- this one appealed to me because it was sturdy and could take some tough treatment. I was encouraged to use a glass screen protector and not the one included with the case -- I have found this to be a good move.

I made the mistake of going to Disney and bought one of their cheap but very expensive cases and my phone screen shattered after the smallest drop. It offered no protection. But this case is the real deal. I've a few big falls (accidens happen ) and so far it's holding strong.

This is a great case! Wraps nicely around the Samsung phone and looks great as well! It's a must have when you are trying to protect your investment! Great edge to edge coverage, nice tactile feel, easy to grasp and hold onto and it is visually appealing on the phone!

got this for my phone. needed protection, i like the color and it is non-slip. i don't like that there is a tab cover over the charging port. i'm guessing it's to protect it from water but i never have that issue and it is a pain to hold open while trying to insert the power cord.

bought this for my wife's new S6 and that night our 5 year old son dropped it from the the top of the stairs. it tumbled down 14 steps and was left undamaged. her previous case was a Ballistic hybrid, which is excellent. Tbis case is even better. Kudos to otterbox

fits very nicely, almost feels like it is part of the phone. Easy to put on and take off.

Case provides good fall protection as well as an adhesive screen protector. Both fit nicely.

Second phone with this style case. Had two weatherproof cases that both broke after a few months each. Switched back to this case as it works. Just not waterproof. I have dropped my phone on blacktop and no damage. Glass is protected as the case edge extends above it. Cover over charge port to protect from elements yet opens wide enough for a variety of plugs. The weatherproof cases I tried had a small charge port opening and would not accept all of my cables. Completely satisfied with the protection and the better grip it gives the phone.

Love the OtterBox - Commuter Series Case for Samsung Galaxy S6 Cell Phones - Periwinkle Purple/Liberty Purple. It has really done a phenomenal job keeping my phone safe even through the unusual drops it's gone through already this year.

This case is for my teenage son and I needed something durable. He isn't the most gentle with his phone so I needed a case that would protect it. This one does the job. He's dropped it several times and the phone has escaped unscathed.

Case fits well and is very rugged. Gives a very good grip so it doesn't slip.

Every phone should have an otterbox. Thats all there is to it. Without one you are sure to break your phone. This one could use a little more plastic protection on the corners but overall its a really nice case. Just wish they had a few more color options besides just some of the new pastel colors.

I've owned Otterbox cases for my previous 2 iPhones. Having been satisfied with their performances, I decided to go with Otterbox again for my Galaxy S6, and it does NOT disappoint! Perfect case for the imperfect klutz.

Great case, if you can find it for a decent price. Original MSRP is WAY high for what it is, as with most cases, but at a good sale price, GET IT! I've been using this case almost exclusively for about a year and a half. It's a little ugly at this point, but has held up and my phone is still in perfect condition despite multiple drops.

Great case. I used the earlier version of this case for my S3 and it saved me numerous times. Dropped phone was well protected so if was a no-Brainerd to use this case again for my S6. I recommend this product.

The Otter offers great protection. In fact the thickness makes it a little bit too big for a special pocket in one of my shirts, but that's a tradeoff I'm willing to accept for the protection this case gives.

Otterbox cases are good protection but they should cost less.

I bought this case to provide better protection for my S6 than it had. It definitely provided that. I did later replace is, however, with a Mophie Juice Pack case as I needed the extended power.

I recently upgraded my S5 to the S6 phone. The S5 was protected by the Otto Box Commuter and has saved the phone from many drops and back pocket bends. The same protection is now on the S6.
