Never had any damage to the phone. Bought one of these for my new iPhone 12 mini. Easy to install. So far, so good.

An amazing case
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this for my kids iPhone and it’s able to woof stand a lot he dropped it outside in the middle of the street and it was able to still be good the case however was beat up but the phone was amazing condition I contacted outer box and got a new one for only seven dollars which was the shipping in heaven!

Nifty little case; Huge Otterbox quality

The soft case “hugs” my phone and the outer hard shell feels premium and durable. I appreciate the small additional grip spots implemented onto the hard shell, however at times the hard shell feels slightly slippery. Though I must say I haven’t dropped my phone. Overall, this is a well made case and has enough room to add a phone grip if needed.

Doesn't mess with tempered glass screen protector I have on the phone. Feels sturdy. The price is also good. Overall very happy with this purchase.
