It wasn't that bulky at all, very slim. Doesn't make the phone that big at all and protects it very well.

I bought my new phone and am very happy with this case- slim yet feels very protected.

The otterbox commuter has effectively protected my galaxy note 5 from damage. My phone has fallen out of my pocket at work a couple of times and was left unscathed. I'm not sure how well the commuter would stand up to a harder surface like asphalt or cement, so if you're super clumsy it's better to invest in the otterbox defender. Only negative feature of the commuter case is the smooth plastic exterior that doesn't feature any texture making it easier to drop or slip. Overall it's solid protection that's worth it if you're just sorta clumsy.

I work construction. I use lots of equipement and climb up and down on ladders and scaffolding all day. I keep my note5 in here and keep it in my bags. Never a scratch to my phone. Dropped from extreme heights, plunged into concrete and water and it survives! Used the same one on my note3 for about 3 years - never a problem.

Like this case not bulky. But has great protection.

I have had other Otterbox cases that were bulky. This is slimline and hard. Protects phone well. Would like to have a clip to attach to it though. This case also makes it easy to hold when you text.

This case has kept my phone safe through drops and falls without being too bulky to carry in my pocket.

I dropped my fist phone with a so called double protection, cheaper version, and it broke instantly. I work in construction, inspecting, so the chances of dropping the phone are likely to happen more often. I have dropped my phone a few times with the Otterbox and it has not been damaged at all.

Every case I had was an otter box and I have dropped my phone on the concrete lots of times and it saved my phone every time..I don't always buy insurance on my products. otter boxes saved me from having to buy a new phone..I love buying my products at bestbuy ..love my bestbuy reward points

I actually purchased this after I took back the Defender Series Case which was very bulky and I didn't like the plastic cover on that case because it did interfere with the use of my phone I would recommend this one but if you do get this one get the invisishield glass with it

What's one of the most important aspects of purchasing an oversized phone, but the satisfaction of knowing I capture every remaining inch of pocket space with an equally large case!Otter box commuter series is up to the task perfectly. The defender is just trying to show off.

This is a very well built and great fitting case. It is an Otterbox, after all. I have no doubt that it will protect my rather expensive phone, if the day ever comes. It also slides into and out of my front pant pockets surprisingly well. Thanks guys and gals.

Im very tough on phones and require a protective case thats equally tough. The otter box case is like a bullet proof vest for my phone. Trying to convince my wife to get one for her phone as well, which she has already broken.
