This case should be working seamlessly with any Apple or OtterBox charging cable though. However, since we don't perform any third party testing, we're unable to guarantee the compatibility between our case and every charging cable out there. My biggest disappointment is the cover over the spot where charger plugs in. It can be tricky to move the cover out of the way when I need to charge it.

We weren't entirely certain about that first part and if you meant your iPhone was somehow coming free from the case.
