Posted .We’re sorry to hear about your experience with the Commuter Series case. While we design our cases to minimize the risk of damage, there are still some variables outside our control. We're happy to send a new OtterBox under our product warranty, but we are unable to extend our warranty to the device itself, as we are not the manufacturer. You're correct in saying the Commuter Series isn't one of our made for MagSafe cases though. If this is an important feature for you, we'd recommend checking out our Symmetry Series+ or Defender Series XT cases.
