Being it’s just a case with no cover it doesn’t offer much protection on the face of the phone. But the amount of times I’ve dropped it is why it’s messed up. I’m sure the case absorbed as much as it could.

I picked it up in store and it was ready for well before the 1 hour estimate. I live 25 minutes away, and it was ready by the time I had gotten there. My in-store purchases at the Quail Springs location always seem to go smooth as well, and all of the employees that I have dealt with in the past have been knowledgeable and very helpful.
