We're happy to send a new OtterBox under our product warranty, but we are unable to extend our warranty to the device itself, as we are not the manufacturer. You're correct in saying the Commuter Series isn't one of our made for MagSafe cases though. If this is an important feature for you, we'd recommend checking out our Symmetry Series+ or Defender Series XT cases. It protected the phone from multiple drops, one of which I thought would’ve damaged the phone for sure but it was fine. So far, I still love it for my 14 pro! It’s not super bulky and the protection is great.

Slim enough to fit into legging pocket. Love the grips on the side too. Convinced the grips help stop my phone from falling off a mountain (without being dramatic)

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had the Commuter case on my XR for almost 3 years. Went again for this case for the new phone. It is a thinner construction than the previous case. One gripe is the charging port cover will not sit flush while not in use. My slight OCD can't handle this not being tucked in tight. The other slight issue is this is fairly slick. The two "pads" on the backside do not offer much security for a tight grip. Probably pick up the Defender Series Pro in a few weeks.
