Was very cheap, quality feels nice and easy to install.

I have been STRICTLY an Otterbox Commuter user since iphone 7. They have cosmetically changed over years, new grooves here and there and such. But it has ALWAYS remained the same. 2 shells (one plastic and one rubber). Rubber around the edges to protect the screen and give it grip when phone is laid face down and it has always had 2 rubber pads on the back side for grip when the phone is laid on its back. So naturally when i bought my 16 pro max i bought a commuter AGAIN. Well, i am returning it for the foedt time in years. For starters, they rubber pads are now gone. No more grip when laid on its back. That was very important to me. Next, the big notch for the camera side button. It leaves so much glass edge exposed that i cannot risk keeping the case and and dropping my phone and it having that huge area of glass edge exposed. That is almost a 100% gaurantee to have a cracked screen. Since my iphone 7 days until now i have dropped my phone hundreds of times and NEVER have broken or cracked a screen. But im not longer willing to risk it with this Commuter downgrade. I need something that is going to fully protect all the edges. Anything otterbox currently doesnt have that protection. And if it does the case is just thin and doesnt protect. So, on to a different brand search.

i love the material. It is slim, get sturdy. Easy grab and I love that it has the rubber to protect the charging port!! This is the most important aspect of this product. Protection of dust and water. Love it!

Low profile, strong protection at a great price! I was never a fan of the overly bulky Otterbox cases of the past, but they hit the nail on the head with this one.

I always make sure to pick out an OtterBox for any new phone that I get. You guys had a great selection for me to choose from and I loved that! This one is an excellent choice. It isn't to bulky but also feels sturdy and protective:)

Love otter box, durable, stylish, absolutely cannot go wrong with this purchase. Otter boxes have been used on my phone since iPhone 3GS.

This case is protective and buff but where the camera button is, it’s not that safe from a severe fall if it were to drop on the side, then it would be horrendous.
